  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 1-2 Teaspoon Brown Sugar

 

Brain Booster Ooatmeal Directions

 

 

  • Bring Water to Boil
  • Add Oats, Reduce Heat to Low
  • Simmer for 30-40 minutes until water absorbed
  • Chop Fruit and Add Toppings when Oats are Cooked
  • Serves 2
