Uncovering The Mindset Of World Record Adventurer Colin O’Brady [Video]

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to sit down with World Record Adventurer, Colin O’Brady.

Colin’s lived one of the most inspiring journey’s I’ve ever come across.

In 2016, he set the speed records for both the 7 Summits and the Explorers Grand Slam.

The 7 Summits are the highest mountains on each continent, and the Explorers Grand Slam includes the 7 Summit as well as trekking to both the North and South Poles.

Colin completed the 9 expeditions in just 139 days.

An incredible feat in its own right, but it’s what Colin had to overcome that inspires me the most.

In 2008 Colin was severely burned while jumping a flaming rope on a beach in Thailand.

What followed was a harrowing account of survival and strength to not just get back to walking, but becoming a pro triathlete and completing his ‘Beyond 7/2’ adventure.

The purpose of ‘Beyond 7/2’ is to of course test his own physical and mental limits, but also to combat childhood obesity by inspiring youth to get active and with the goal to raise $1 million for The Alliance For A Healthier Generation.

Check out Beyond72.com to learn more about Colin and donate and watch my interview with Colin below to get to know him as we unpack the mindset and strategies of his transformation from hospital bed to world record holder.
