The EDGE Program is a high performance wellness training program designed for young people who want to better manage the stress and chaos of modern life so they can live full, productive, inspired lives. The program covers a variety of often overlooked areas that impact our mental wellness and performance including: mental filters, stress management, self-confidence, mental health awareness, support systems, recharging strategies and more.
Brent has been sharing his story and promoting mental health across Canada for the past 10 years since struggling with his mental health in university.
