The Edge is a high performance wellness training program designed for youth and young adults who want to overcome mental health challenges and the stresses of life so they can live full, productive, inspiring lives. The program covers a variety of often overlooked areas that impact our mental wellbeing including: mental health awareness, stress management, self-confidence, mental filters, support systems, rest strategies and more.

There are so many of us that have been affected by mental health struggles and we’re here to support you, give you the tools, resources and community to help you not only survive, but to one day help you find a way to thrive!

Medication and therapy are often needed, but never enough! The EDGE was designed to complement the existing professional support services. This 8-week program will empower YOU with simple, yet effective strategies to overcome mental, social and emotional challenges. There are so many of us that have been affected by mental health struggles and we’re here to support you, give you the tools, resources and community to help you not only survive, but to one day help you find a way to thrive!

PROGRAM OUTLINE

Week 1

DREAMLINING – ‘Goal Setting’ – Around Mental Health and Wellness and the Individual’s Values

Week 2

JEDI MIND – ‘Mental Wellness’ – How to Improve Mental Clarity, Focus and Capacity for Work/Stress/Life

Week 3

STRESS LESS – ‘Stress Management’ – Strategies for Reducing Stress Quickly and Keeping Stress Low During Busy Times

Week 4

BUILDING A FORCE FIELD – ‘Building a Strong Support System’ – Who to Include and How to Build it

Week 5

PROTECT THE DOWNSIDE – ‘Mental Health Awareness’ – Mental Illness and Supporting Self and Others Through Struggles

Week 6

CHILLIN’ – ‘Rest & Relaxation’ – Importance of it and Strategies Used by High Performers

Week 7

WARRIOR STRENGTH – ‘Self-Confidence’ – How to Build and Maintain Authentic Confidence

Week 8

DREAMLINING – ‘Goal Setting’ – Around Mental Health and Wellness and the Individual’s Values

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

    • An intro video session to answer questions and clarify your goals.
    • 8 weeks of video content. 2-3 videos per week (~20-30 mins total per week)
    • Private FB group that will connect you to the global community of EDGE participants
    • Weekly action steps and activities.
