Let’s face it, we all have trouble staying/getting fit and healthy.
I trend towards the lazy end of the spectrum and love nothing more than to have a day with nothing to do.
BUT, through applying the 3 strategies shared in this video, I’ve gone from struggling to train for a 5km trail run, to struggling to train for a 100km one.
