Awesome Upcoming Mental Health Events in Vancouver

 

There are a number of great mental health events coming in in and around Vancouver, so I wanted to spend some time highlighting them for you. Some you can attend virtually, others are in person, but all are hosted by awesome people and focus on meaningful challenges and opportunities on a variety of topics. Whatever you’re interested in, make sure to talk to the organizers if you are interested in getting involved. Most groups are more than willing to plug you in to their own, or other’s opportunities.
